About The Property

Originally built in the early 1900’s as a state respiratory hospital, the property had been left abandoned by its former owner. GFI purchased the facility in 2014 and immediately began a massive redevelopment to create the new United States campus for CATS Academy, an international boarding school. The new 275,000 square foot, 20-acre campus is designed to educate up to 700 high school students and includes state-of-the-art labs, theater space, athletic facilities, and dorms for 500 students.
