LAUREN WHITTON
Director of Accounting
Lauren joined CRE Management at the beginning of 2022 to manage the property management accounting operations. She has 30+ years of varied commercial real estate experience. Before joining the company, Lauren was General Manager at Seyon Management and was part of the initial startup where she established policies and procedures for the property management operations, including budgeting and forecasting and oversaw an 8 million square foot portfolio. Prior to that she managed a 10 million square foot industrial/flex portfolio for Madison Marquette/PMRG and 1.8 million square feet of office space for Yale Properties. She began her real estate career in Tucson, Arizona where she owned and managed a retail property management company and was a licensed real estate broker. Lauren is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and holds a certified Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation from BOMI International.
