GFI acquired an 83-acre parcel in the Hudson Valley. Located 60 miles from NYC, this site was originally permitted for a 500,000, high-bay warehouse. In an effort to develop the property, GFI partnered with Royal Wine Corp., a global specialty wine and spirit manufacturer, importer, and distributor. 

Together, we are currently constructing Royal Wine’s 635,000 sq. ft, class A, state-of-the-art kosher grape juice manufacturing, processing, and distribution facility. The new facility will feature 45’-55’ ceiling heights, state of the art food processing and wastewater treatment systems, and a two-story visitor center complete with a tasting room and outdoor patio. 

This new space will help Royal Wine scale their global operations while benefiting the local economy. With an abundance of local and state support and over $130M invested, this space will create significant tax revenue and bring 120 new full- and part-time jobs to the Hudson Valley.
