About The Property
In 2020, GFI Partners acquired Worcester Sand & Stone (formerly Worcester Sand & Gravel) and the company’s 185 acres of development land. While the final plans for the project are still unknown, GFI is committed to working with the Town of Shrewsbury to reimagine the site as a much-improved industrial park or similar end use, and keep the aggregate business in full operation.
