About the Project

124 Westboro Road is a fully approved, two-building, industrial park featuring a total of 200,000 SF, directly off Route 30 in North Grafton adjacent to the master planned, Graton Science Park and Tufts University Veterinary Medicine School. The property is an approx. 33-acre site with a superior location for a growing or relocating industrial flex user with close proximity to Biotech Research Park in Worcester, UMass Medical School, Worcester Polytechnic Institute and eleven other colleges and universities in Worcester. 

The project includes two, 100,000 SF, 36′ clear, industrial flex buildings, designed to subdivide into two or more tenant spaces. Each building includes, an abundance of employee parking, front loading doors, and public utilities. 

GFI is actively pursuing tenants for the project and is expected to commence construction beginning in 2025.
